What size ranges do you cater for ?

Ladies – size 8 to size 24.

Mens – all sizes

How much is the deposit ?

Deposits are usually £10 per costume and are returned in full upon return of an undamaged costume.

Do I have to clean it before bringing it back?

NO, usual cleaning costs are incorporated in the hire fee and we will clean it.

How can I pay my hire fee and deposit ?

Cash or cheque please.

What happens if I am unable to return it by the due date?

Please telephone to let us know. A late return charge of £3.50 per day can be taken, depending on the circumstances.

Where will your shop be for Christmas and New Year ?

It is usually in Bideford and can change each year depending on arranging a suitable premises. Please check our latest news page in November for an update.

How can I obtain a full list of costumes available ?

Please e-mail me or use the ‘contact us’ page and I will e-mail you one. Photographs are available to view when you visit us.

I am organising a party, do you give discount for group bookings ?

Yes – please contact me to discuss and arrange for business cards to be sent out with your invitations.
