FANCY DRESS AND COSTUME HIRE
Having started the business at possibly the busiest time ever (Autumn 1999 ready for the Millennium celebrations) we have developed an extensive range of adult sized costumes to suit nearly every party theme. We also hire to a lot of local groups for pantomimes, secondary school plays and tribute nights.
We pride ourselves on the quality and cleanliness of not only our costumes but the full range of wigs, hats and accessories which come as part of the hire price (average £15 - £20 per costume). You are even able to hire shoes/boots to complement your outfit. This is especially popular with our 1960’s and 1970’s range. To achieve highly individual looks you can also mix and match from our costume range for most of the year.
We have developed a wealth of experience and ideas and are more than happy to give guidance on a theme for a party or how you can achieve the look you desire. Most of our costumes are photographed in albums and this gives you a good idea of the finished look for each costume.
Customer service is very important to us and we aim for your party to start here! We are a working farm however so if you telephone and we can’t answer please do leave a message and we will get back to you by that evening at the latest.
What makes us different?
– for the majority of the year you are able to visit us at our peaceful farm surroundings, where parking is naturally free. We are approximately two miles outside of Torrington and can be reached within 20 minutes from Bideford and Roundswell, Barnstaple.- Pre-booked appointments guarantee you individual attention where you can spend as long as you like perfecting the look you require.
- Evening and weekend appointments are available to work around your busy work and family schedules
- Our clients tell us that they love the flexible hire periods we offer (for the same hire price). It means that you can attend functions away from the area and can usually take your costumes with you at the time of hiring so it saves your time having to come back and pick them up.
- Returning costumes after your period of hire could not be simpler – as we do not have fixed opening hours you can choose day or night to return them.
- Costumes can usually be returned up until the Wednesday after your function.
